Tai Chi for Back Pain Study 2026
Thank you for participating in the Tai Chi for Back Pain Study 2026, a collaborative research initiative led by Weill Cornell Medicine, in partnership with Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Yale School of Medicine, and the Center for Taiji and Qigong Studies (CTQS).
To support all participants in the study, this page provides optional educational materials about chronic back pain and mind-body practices such as Tai Chi and Qigong. These resources are provided as part of enhanced usual care and are available to both study groups.
